Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all Shop Thrift World tags remain intact and attached.

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days.

Once our team inspects the vintage quality of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
